Fifty years from now California has rebuilt itself into one long city. The letterhead says New California. The street says Danger City. Our stories live in the gap between those two names.

It starts with a record.
A band writes the record. We build the world the record already lives in, then the songs become scenes. City of Dolls is the first band in the universe. It will not be the last.

This is a film project first. The scenes become audio dramas and micro films, shot in one shared city. Past R, not pornography: sexuality, power, and obsession told honestly. The audio is free for anyone. The uncensored cuts live behind After Dark, members, eighteen and over.
